I thought I’d take the opportunity to give you some feedback on the standard of service provided by your staff.

My contact was Arran Miller and I’d like to tell you that he was wonderful to deal with and made the transition to our new telephone system smooth and uncomplicated. Additionally, after the install he continued to go above and beyond to assist us with any queries or difficulties that arose. We also found your installation staff to be more than accommodating and extremely helpful in getting us online.

I just wanted to drop you a quick note as a follow-up to our purchase of a Panasonic Hybrid system. After so much time using our outmoded ‘Commander’ system, it is a refreshing change to be able to use a modern, user-friendly system such as the Panasonic. We’ve found it suits our needs very well, as well as giving us the scope to expand our telecommunications services in the future if we need to. I’d also like to give a special mention to the salesman who guided us, I found him to be a very professional and competent operator, who was sympathetic to our needs and did not try to ‘push’ us into anything that would not be to our best advantage. He even managed to work out a plan that actually saved us money on our telephone system!
In short, it has been a pleasure to deal with your company and I shall not hesitate in recommending you to any one that I find is in the market of telecommunications.

The Key Communications staff members have all been extremely professional and co-operative in the entire process-from demonstrating, tendering and quoting through to the hardware and software installation.

An example of this co-operation-whilst the telephone hardware installation was underway, the school was involved in re-directing electrical and telephone cable elsewhere but accidentally cut some of the telephone cables. The Key Communications installer was more than happy to assist us in the repair of the broken telephone cable. Most impressive!
